WHO WE ARE.
Veteran Entrepreneurial Development Initiatives, Inc (VEDI) is a New York State not-for-profit corporation established to address a growing need within the Veteran Owned Business and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (VOB/SDVOBs) arena as it pertains to their growth and development.

We provide a multi-level support system that will generate development information and business referrals for Veteran Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (VOBs/SDVOBs) and to build long term relationships within the public and private sectors to increase contracting opportunities for VOBs and to increase employment opportunities for returning veterans.

to fill the void between employer and non employer businesses;

to reduce incidences of fraud involving the utilization of certified VOBs and SDVOBs by prime contractors;

to increase employment placements for veterans transitioning from warfare to the workplace;

to generate long term contracting opportunities at the grass roots level where they are needed the most.
